• Business contact details (name, email, phone number, delivery address)
• Order history and product selections
• WhatsApp phone number if you use our WhatsApp ordering service
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

3. How we use your data

• To process and fulfil your supply orders
• To send order confirmations and invoices by email
• To send order updates and payment links via WhatsApp (if you use that service)
• To manage your account on the platform

4. Who we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — secure database hosting
• Resend — email delivery
• Meta (WhatsApp) — message delivery for WhatsApp ordering
• We do not sell your data to third parties

5. Data retention

We retain order and account data for 7 years for accounting purposes. WhatsApp session data is retained for 90 days.
